Question:
To ask the Minister for Communities to detail (i) the investment agreed and planned for new Shared Housing for (a) 2024-25; (b) 2025-26; and (iii) 2026-27; and (ii) the number of houses this investment will create.

Answer:

A budget of £26.5m has been allocated for Shared Housing in the financial year 2024/25. Funding for future years will be based on budget allocation as agreed by the Executive.

My Department has an annual delivery target of 200 shared social units per year.
