Question:
To ask the Minister for the Economy to detail the number of businesses in (i) Downpatrick; (ii) Newcastle; (iii) Newry; and (iv) Portadown that applied for funding through the (a) Flood Support Scheme; and (b) hardship scheme within the Newry, Mourne and Down District Council area since flooding occurred on 26 October 2023.

Answer:

The Flood Schemes are being administered and delivered by the Councils impacted by the flooding. I would advise that such queries are directed towards the Councils involved.
