Question:
To ask the Minister for Infrastructure how often issues have been reported, particularly in rural areas, as a result of street lights being removed or permanently switched off since the implementation of RSPPG E072 in August 2015.

Answer:

Since August 2015, my Department has received 243 enquiries regarding the removal of street lights.

I can also confirm that no street lights have been permanently switched off.
