To ask the Minister for the Economy to detail the tendering process used to appoint providers to deliver English for speakers of other languages courses.

Answer:

English for Speakers of Other Languages courses delivery is primarily provided by the Further Education colleges, and as Non-Departmental Public Bodies, Further Education colleges follow Northern Ireland Public Procurement Policy for tendering processes.
