To ask the Minister for Communities to detail any (i) guidance; and (ii) financial support his Department has in place to support international and cultural exchanges by youth and community groups in Northern Ireland.

Answer:

My Department does not directly support international and cultural exchanges by youth and community groups in Northern Ireland. This issue is an operational matter for the Department’s Arm’s Length Bodies (ALB) as support for such activities is channelled through them. Making direct contact with the relevant ALB will ensure that you receive the information in the shortest possible timeframe and make best use of public resources.
