To ask the Minister for Infrastructure to detail the (i) number; and (ii) percentage of rail services on the Larne line which have been cancelled or delayed in the last six months.

Answer:

This issue is an operational matter for Translink. I have sought the requested information and can confirm that between 6 May 2024 and 3 November 2024 there have been:

10,232 Larne line services

470 (4.59%) of services delayed by over 5 minutes

23 (0.22%) service cancellations
