To ask the Minister of Health to outline the current cost of providing 20 two-year Masters courses for Physician Associates.

Answer:

My Department currently incurs costs of £787k for a cohort of 20 places on the two-year MSc in Physician Associates Studies at Ulster University. My Department pays students’ tuition fees and provides funding to HSC Trusts and General Practitioners to facilitate clinical placements in accordance with curriculum requirements.
