Question:
To ask the First Minister and deputy First Minister to detail the steps they have taken to progress appointments to the boards of North/South bodies since 15 September 2024.

Answer:

The NSMC Joint Secretariat has asked those parties represented on the Executive to identify nominees to participate in a process to determine which board they will nominate too.

It is intended that this process will be completed in the coming weeks, parties will then be asked to nominate individuals to those positions which are vacant. Appointments can then be made at the next available NSMC meeting once nominees are identified.
