Question:
To ask the Minister of Health to detail the number of adult patients admitted to hospital in 2019 that had initial blood test results showing a sodium level of 135 or above, but subsequently had blood test results showing a sodium level of less than 115, broken down by hospital.

HSC Trusts advised that this request is too complex to complete and any attempt at responding to this would be at a disproportionate cost to the service.
