Question:
To ask the Minister of Health to detail the number of adult patients admitted to hospital in 2019 that had initial blood test results showing a sodium level of 135 or above, but subsequently had blood test results showing a sodium level of less than 125, broken down by hospital.

Answer:

HSC Trusts advised that this request is too complex to complete and any attempt at responding to this would be at a disproportionate cost to the service.
