Question:
To ask the Minister for Infrastructure for a timeline on the completion of the park and ride facility at Lisburn West rail halt.

Answer:

The proposed Lisburn West rail halt and associated park and ride facilities is at the preliminary stages of development. A Strategic Outline Case for the project is due to be submitted to my Department by summer 2025. Construction of the new halt could start in 2027, and be operational by the end of 2028, subject to the requisite approvals and availability of funding.
