To ask the Minister for the Economy for an overview of the engagement of his Department with the Executive Office in the development of an updated Executive international relations strategy through (i) the Tourism Partnership Board; and (ii) other forums.

Answer:

My Department engages as appropriate with the Executive Office on areas of mutual interest, including how and where we showcase our capabilities to an international audience.

The Tourism Partnership Board, established by my Department, and other forums, including the Executive Office’s International Relations Working Group, are useful groups in facilitating collaboration and information sharing on international policy matters.
