To ask the Minister of Health when application forms for partial retirement under the 1995 Section of the Health and Social Care Pension Scheme will be made available to members who have been waiting since April 2024.

Answer:

HSC employers have confirmed that the flexible retirement guidance and associated documentation, including partial retirement forms, were published on the HSC Trusts, and other Organisational, websites on 2 December 2024.
