Question:
To ask the Minister of Education, pursuant to AQW 18494/22-27, to detail (i) the work that was included in the Strategic Partner element of the Education Authority's contract with Fujitsu; and (ii) whether the new school management system is still being delivered by Fujitsu.

Answer:

The Strategic Partner element of the service was the provision of improved and transformed services to Schools, the Authority and Education Stakeholders that provides End Users within the scope of functionality of the current service with enhanced capabilities and improved learning experiences, all supported by a secure and scalable modern architecture and technical infrastructure that provides an end to end fully integrated, interoperable digital education service for Schools.

The new school management system will not be delivered by Fujitsu.
