To ask the Minister of Health to detail the number of times that patients were transferred from an independent medical provider to an NHS hospital due to becoming unwell during or after treatment in each of the last five years.

HSC Trusts do not capture this information and therefore cannot provide a conclusive answer to this question without obtaining it at disproportionate cost.
