To ask the Minister for Infrastructure, pursuant to AQW 18800/22-27, when he will publish the analysis undertaken by policy areas in his Department which informed the review conducted in November 2023 into whether the Highway Code for Northern Ireland should be updated.

Answer:

An internal review of the Code was commissioned in November 2023 by all policy areas in the Department. The Department does not plan to publish the analysis.
