To ask the Minister for Communities whether he has brought forward any proposals, either to the Executive or UK Government, in relation to expanding Freedom of Information legislation to include organisations in receipt of public money.

Answer:

Schedule 1 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 already includes a wide range of organisations in receipt of public money. I have not brought forward any proposals to either the Executive or the UK Government in relation to expanding Freedom of Information legislation.
