Question:
To ask the Minister of Education to detail the occasions in which he has made a decision on a development proposal that is contrary to the recommendation of officials since the beginning of the mandate.

Answer:

I have taken decisions which have not followed the recommendations made to me by officials on three Development Proposals (DP). These are DP720 (proposed closure of Queen Elizabeth II Primary School), DP 728 (proposed transformation to controlled integrated status of Rathmore Primary School) and DP 727 (proposed transformation to controlled integrated status of Bangor Academy and Sixth Form College).
