Question:
To ask the Minister of Education to detail the date he will publish (i) the Special Educational Needs Reform Agenda and Delivery Plan; and (ii) the associated outcomes framework.

Answer:

The Special Educational Needs (SEN) Reform Agenda and associated Delivery Plan will be published in the coming weeks.

Officials are working together on refining the outcomes framework that will include clear and positive ambitions for our children with SEN and set out how we will measure our progress towards meeting those. I intend to bring this forward as an early action as soon as possible.
