To ask the Minister for Communities when the Marine Gardens Public Realm Project, Bangor, will begin construction.

Answer:

My officials, along with Ards and North Down Borough Council, are continuing to work closely with the developer, Bangor Marine, to finalise some outstanding legal matters. Construction is expected to commence in the near future and an announcement will be made closer to the time.
