Question:
To ask the Minister for Communities to provide detail on (i) the outstanding legal issues which were recently announced as delaying construction of Queen’s Parade, Bangor; and (ii) the action his Department will take to resolve them.

Answer:

The outstanding issues relate primarily to the Developer’s proposed approach to developing the Marine Gardens site, and the associated legal agreements which are required with the Crown Estate.

My officials continue to meet regularly with all parties to support the resolution of the remaining outstanding issues.
