Question:
To ask the First Minister and deputy First Minister to detail any learning there has been from implementing the recommendations of the Renewable Heat Incentive Inquiry towards implementing the recommendations of the UK Covid-19 Inquiry.

Answer:

All recommendations arising from the Covid Inquiry Module 1 Report have been considered fully and responded to. Deliverable actions and timescales have been identified to address the issues raised. The Executive response was approved at the Executive meeting on 9 January 2025.

A cross-departmental steering group is in place to monitor delivery and report to the Executive. The Executive will publish a further update on progress in July 2025, in line with the requirements set out by the Chair of the Inquiry.
