To ask the Minister for the Economy for an update on the delivery of his Department's projects as part of the Belfast Region City Deal.

Question 12 – AQO 1388/22-27

I want to see delivery of the City and Growth Deals accelerated and I have tasked officials to support Councils through co-design and partnership to deliver Projects at pace.

My Department has approved £344m of funding across 13 projects within the Belfast Deal.

When combined with partner contributions, the total investment approved to date is close to £0.5 billion.

These projects will make a significant contribution to the key priorities I have set out in my economic vision; creating good jobs, increasing productivity, regional balance and reducing carbon emissions.
