Question:
To ask the Minister for Infrastructure for an update on the delivery to date of the proposed projects outlined in the Annual Report to Ards and North Down Borough Council 2024-2025.

Answer:

My Department endeavours to deliver all projects listed within each of the Annual Roads Reports to Council including those within the Report to Ards and North Down Borough Council.

However, there can be external factors resulting in some projects not being delivered within the planned financial year, for example, lack of contractor capacity, severe weather conditions etc. Any project that is not completed as planned will be prioritised for completion in the following year, subject to funding availability and competing priorities, and included in the subsequent Report to Council.
