Question:
To ask the Minister for the Economy whether he will publish a consultation report following the Domestic Abuse Safe Leave regulations consultation which closed in September 2024.

Answer:

My officials are currently reviewing the consultation responses in respect of Safe Leave. My officials are due to brief the Economy Committee on the responses received on 5th February 2025. Following this, the consultation response will be finalised and published in due course.
