To ask the First Minister and deputy First Minister to detail any analysis their Department has undertaken of the EU Directive on combating violence against women and domestic violence.

Answer:

As part of the development of the Strategic Framework a number of impact assessments were undertaken. Officials consider international good practice, including this Directive, in developing our programme of work.
