Question:
To ask the Minister of Education to detail his plans to support students and staff at North Coast Integrated College following the extensive damage to the building caused by Storm Éowyn, considering the upcoming amalgamation of the school in September this year.

Answer:

Departmental officials contacted the school on Monday 28 January and were advised that the school’s contractors were on site undertaking the necessary repairs to enable the school to reopen and operate safely from Tuesday 29 January.

Should the school require further Departmental support, they should submit a Minor Works application to minorworks@education-ni.gov.uk.
