Question:
To ask the First Minister and deputy First Minister to detail any changes there have been to European Union equality law since 1 January 2021 which are still outstanding for implementation in law in Northern Ireland.

Answer:

We are advised that Article 2 of the Windsor Framework requires that the EU Standards for Equality Bodies, and the Pay Transparency Directives are transposed here by July 2026.

This matter will be considered in due course.
