To ask the First Minister and deputy First Minister to detail any training provided across the Northern Ireland Civil Service on the effective embedding of Article 2 of the Windsor Framework policy and processes.

Answer:

Officials, with line manager support, identify their training needs and where a gap is identified they undertake the necessary learning. In the case of Windsor Framework Article 2 this takes the form of a training webinar which is accessible on all departmental intranets.
