To ask the Minister of Finance to detail any engagement she has had with civil service Trade Unions on the revised Northern Ireland Civil Service Dignity at Work policy.

ANSWER

My department has extensively engaged with Central Trade Union side (CTUS) throughout the review of the Dignity at Work policy.

Formal consultation with CTUS has commenced through the established Whitley procedures with a view to implementing a revised policy before the end of March 2025.
