Question:
To ask the Minister for Infrastructure whether improving accessibility of the Sydenham bypass footbridge will be included in the ongoing works to the road.

Answer:

The current resurfacing scheme on the A2 Sydenham Bypass is focused on essential carriageway maintenance and structural improvements to ensure the long-term integrity of the road surface and does not include works to modify the accessibility of the footbridge.

Any future works to the footbridge will be considered in line with broader infrastructure priorities and available funding.
