To ask the Minister of Health to detail any measures he will take to ensure the Western Health and Social Care Trust fully complies with the independent review announced by the Minister of Justice into the case of Jonathan Creswell.

Answer:

I am aware of the review that the Justice Minister has initiated in relation to the case of Jonathan Creswell and that draft terms of reference have been prepared and shared with various authorities including the Chief Executive of the Western Health and Social Care Trust.

I understand that the Western Health and Social Care Trust is complying with the review and has nominated a representative to engage with it.
