To ask the Minister for Infrastructure to detail the instances where his Department has made use of its powers, under the Harbours (Northern Ireland) Order 2002, to give a Trust Port directions of a general or specific nature as to the exercise of its functions, including (i) details of the Trust Port involved; and (ii) details of the issue and the directions given.

My department has never used its power under the Harbours (Northern Ireland) Order 2002, to give a designated harbour authority directions of a general or specific nature.
