Question:
To ask the Minister of Education for an update on (i) plans to redevelop the former Dromore Central Primary School site; and (ii) when he will know if the site will be used for special educational needs provision.

Answer:

The Education Authority is holding the former Dromore Primary School site from disposal as it is currently under consideration for SEN provision.

Initial technical assessments have been carried out and draft plans developed for extensive refurbishment works to the building. Unfortunately, timeframes cannot be provided at this stage as other options are also under consideration.
