Question:
To ask the Minister of Finance to detail any actions she has taken to establish and support the ministerial subgroup on implementation of the Renewable Heating Incentive Inquiry.

Answer:

The Executive Subcommittee on Reform Following the RHI Inquiry was set up after the publication of the Inquiry Report in 2020 in order to produce an action plan for implementation of recommendations of the Inquiry; and to agree a final report to be submitted to the Executive for publication.

At its third and last meeting on 16 December 2020, it completed its preparation of the action plan. Its final report was agreed by the Executive in October 2021.

I have circulated a paper to the Executive for the oversight of the remaining actions.
