To ask the Minister of Education whether Minor Work applications for schools are still limited to inescapable statutory requirements.

Answer:

Projects progressing under the Minor Works programme are currently prioritised on the basis of health and safety, statutory compliance, the need to address urgent and emergency repairs and implementation of approved Development Proposals.
