Question:
To ask the Minister of Finance, pursuant to AQW 10374/22-27, for an update on the procurement of a new IT system to better manage the Occupational Health Service.

Answer:

Significant work has been ongoing within my Department’s Occupational Health Service (OHS) to procure a new cloud-based IT case management system. This is a key step that will support digital transformation and service delivery improvements in OHS.

OHS has carried out pre-market engagement and a product has been identified. Engagement with a supplier is underway and it is anticipated that implementation of the new system will occur around September 2025.
