To ask the Minister of Health, pursuant to AQW 20499/22-27, to detail when the public consultation on adult to child ratios will be published.

Answer:

The public consultation exercise will commence in the coming weeks seeking views on adult: child ratios. Work will commence shortly in partnership with a stakeholder reference group to update the wider Minimum Standards document, with a view to consulting on and implementing a new set of Standards by December 2025.
