To ask the Minister of Education for an update on the development of a full Early Learning and Childcare Strategy, including (i) the current status; (ii) key milestones; and (iii) expected timelines for publication.

I intend to bring forward an Early Learning and Childcare Strategy for Executive consideration and public consultation by autumn 2025.
