To ask the Minister for Infrastructure to detail any actions she is taking to replicate the driver licensing requirements used in Great Britain for drivers of not-for-profit community transport providers, rather than the need for full commercial driver licenses.

Answer:

My officials have previously engaged with the sector on this issue. At this point in time, I have no plans to change the current licensing requirements for drivers of not-for-profit community transport providers.
