To ask the Minister for Communities to detail any measures his Department is putting in place to mitigate the impact of the upcoming increase in the Minimum Wage and employers' National Insurance contributions on his Department’s budget and operations.

Answer:

To mitigate the impact on my Department's Budget and operations, officials are engaging with DoF on pay pressures and Barnett Consequential due to the Executive for employers’ National Insurance contribution increases.
