To ask the Minister of Education to detail any engagement the independent reviewer of the school curriculum has had with industry in relation to the impact of Artificial Intelligence on future skills needs of the Northern Ireland economy.

Answer:

To date, the review engaged with a range of business and industry representatives, and other stakeholders. This engagement has raised a number of relevant issues, including the importance of digital skills, the potential impact of AI and the future needs of the Northern Ireland economy.
