To ask the Minister for Infrastructure, pursuant to AQW 23823/22-27, whether her Department is considering including Newcastle in the Urban Drainage pilot project.

Answer:

My officials are currently exploring opportunities to deliver the pilot project within the Living With Water in Belfast Plan area. The pilot may also include some schemes outside Belfast; however, no schemes are currently being considered in the Newcastle area.
