To ask the First Minister and deputy First Minister to detail (i) who is responsible for the delivery of strategies that are published as an Executive Strategy; and (ii) how the Executive Committee plans to ensure openness and transparency across all Departments to ensure an Executive Strategy is delivered.

Answer:

Executive Strategies are developed by a lead minister, in consultation with other relevant Ministers, and brought to the Executive Committee for approval.
