To ask the Minister of Education for an update on the work of the Religious Education Advisory Working Group.

Answer:

The Religious Education Advisory Working Group has not met since March 2023. My Department is awaiting the ruling of the Supreme Court in respect of Judicial Review 87 before considering the future direction of this group.
