To ask the Minister for Infrastructure, pursuant to AQW 23336/22-27, to detail how her response complies with the Executive's concordat with the Community and Voluntary Sector to deliver effective partnership working and delivery of volunteering opportunities.

Answer:

The licensing arrangements for drivers of not-for-profit community transport providers are a legal requirement in support of road safety. They are not altered by the Executive’s concordat with the Community and Voluntary sector to deliver effective partnership working and delivery of volunteering opportunities.
