To ask the Minister for Infrastructure whether the proposed parking fines by each Health and Social Care Trust will be included in Penalty Charge Notice or Private Parking Charges legislation.

Answer:

Whilst my Department is responsible for on-street parking enforcement across the north, it has no responsibility for the operation and management of private car parks, including those at Health and Social Care Trust sites, nor the enforcement companies that operate within them.
