To ask the Minister for Communities to detail any cross-departmental actions that have been agreed with each Department, though the Housing Supply Strategy, to reduce the future cost to mitigate the Social Sector Size Criteria.

Answer:

Following publication of the Executive Housing Supply Strategy in December, cross-Departmental structures have been established to begin work on the first short term Executive Action Plan.

This work will consider the range of actions to be prioritised over the next few years to address the whole system issues impacting on housing supply.
