Question:
To ask the Minister of Finance to detail any consideration his Department has given to initiating a partnership with a Financial Conduct Authority authorised Cycle to Work provider, in order to improve the Northern Ireland Civil Service cycle to work scheme.

Answer:

The existing Cycle to Work scheme is designed to promote staff health and wellbeing while delivering cost savings and supporting sustainability. The last review of the scheme was in 2022. The Department plans to look at the overall suite of benefits offered to civil servants over the next two years.

The Department of Finance currently has no plans to partner with any organisations outside of the current Cycle to Work scheme.
