To ask the Minister of Education, pursuant to AQW 24260/22-27, when the work by the Education Authority to clear the Title to the property will be completed.

Answer:

The lengthy timeline associated with removing the covenant on the title deeds relating to provision of education are mainly outside the Education Authority’s (EA) control, as identification and engagement with the relevant title owners have proven difficult up to this point.

For that reason, EA solicitors have advised they are not in a position confirm the timescale, or provide a target completion date, as to when the work to clear the Title to the property will be completed.
